Senior Technical Recruiter

Job Description

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will partner with the Product, Security, and Engineering teams to support their continued rapid growth in the coming year. This team is the core of our success and what makes us special, and this person will play an instrumental role in driving this moving forward. This role reports directly to our Technical Recruiting Lead.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through applicant closure and pre-hire onboarding processes.
• Build a deep talent pipeline by sourcing passive & active candidates to meet the hiring goals of our Product, Engineering, and Security teams.
• Act as a talent partner to hiring managers to devise recruitment strategies and outline the interview process, communicating regular status updates to hiring managers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates in the interview process, working closely with recruiting coordinators to continuously deliver on a world-class candidate experience.
• Identify opportunities for development within our hiring process, develop & implement solutions with the Technical Recruiting Lead and Talent Acquisition team.
