In the Beginning
After a rewarding 25-year career in professional staffing, Arline Panitz had the insight to recognize an arising need within the staffing industry not being addressed by most search firms. While staffing organizations were adept at sourcing talent for outside companies, they were often not as efficient at recruiting for their own internal positions. Thus, Arline established Search Inc. in 1996 with a mission to assist staffing companies in identifying and fulfilling their unique personnel needs through expert planning, sourcing, and placement.
Guided by the philosophy that people are the core of every company, Arline began partnering with staffing firms to put a strong recruitment process in place that would support the organizational culture, leadership structure, and business plan.
