Engineering Recruiter

Job Description
Our client is looking for folks who can build and maintain a network of technical talent through ongoing customer relationship management tools. Establish and maintain relationships with the hiring manager, and proactively report on pipeline activity to facilitate effective recruiting and hiring decisions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Measure performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in technical sourcing and recruiting strategies and partner with peers in the execution of these strategies.
  • Manage an outstanding and efficient candidate process and experience.
  • Keep consultants engaged with clients in addition to managing the next steps when contracts are coming to an end.
  • Must be a great networker and have a track record of organizing and attending conferences and events as a way to attract candidates.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed while needing minimal supervision.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks as well as to adapt to business priorities that change quickly.
  • Must have a passion for the hunt and have no fear in picking up the phone to identify and sell passive candidates on opportunities.
  • 2 plus years of experience recruiting for technical positions across the United States: Aerospace, Medical Device, Automotive experience a plus
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and closing technical talent in a high-growth environment within the technology industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
  • 2 plus years of experience with ATS and CRM systems.
