Senior Solutions Engineer

Executive Assistant Job Description

Location

Series B Healthcare AI Company | Remote | Full Time

The Company

Production-stage healthcare AI company working with several of the largest health plans in the U.S. The platform uses agentic AI to reduce administrative burden across prior authorization, clinical review, and claims. This is not a pilot. It is live in regulated payer environments.

The Role

This is the technical side of the sales cycle. Not a presentation role.
You will run discovery with payer prospects, map their workflows, build and modify demos, and create POCs that prove value against real operational problems. You will work directly with both technical and business stakeholders inside health plans.
If your pre-sales work has been primarily deck-driven or demo-only, this is not the right fit. The team builds to win deals. So do you.

What You Will Do

Strategy & Campaigns

  • Run structured technical discovery with payer prospects: workflows, integration constraints, data environment, decision criteria
  • Translate messy operational problems into clear, demonstrable solution paths
  • Build and modify demos and POCs yourself, using Python, JavaScript, or AI tooling
  • Support deal closure as the technical owner of the sales cycle
  • Hand off cleanly to implementation teams post-sale

Operations & Automation

  • Build and optimize marketing automations and lifecycle workflows in HubSpot
  • Establish KPI frameworks and reporting structures that create accountability
  • Audit process adherence across Asana, HubSpot, and related platforms
  • Own campaign templates, assets, and process documentation
  • Translate strategy into concrete timelines and execution plans
    Analytics & Reporting
  • Present weekly marketing updates to executive leadership and department heads
  • Report on campaign ROI, budget utilization, and performance learnings
  • Deliver sponsor-facing analytics that support storytelling and fulfillment
  • Use performance data to continuously optimize engagement and conversion

Team Leadership

  • Manage and develop direct reports through coaching and consistent feedback
  • Host weekly 1:1s and lead department-wide priority and alignment meetings
  • Create operational clarity in a fast-moving environment

What You Need

  • Enterprise solutions engineering or pre-sales experience, with payer workflow depth: prior authorization, claims, utilization management, or clinical review
  • Hands-on build ability: Python or JavaScript, APIs, demo and POC construction
  • Ability to run strong discovery and structure ambiguity into actionable solutions
  • Credibility with health plan executives and technical stakeholders
  • Applied AI exposure (LLMs, RAG, agents) is meaningful; conceptual interest is not
  • Permanent U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available

What You Will Need to Prove in the Interview

  • A POC or demo you personally built or modified
  • How you handled discovery with a prospect who could not fully articulate what they needed
  • What you know about payer workflows beyond the name on your resume

Compensation: Base $150,000 to $165,000 | Bonus 10-15% | Equity
