Human Resources Manager


Kingwood, TX (On site 5 days/week)

Job Duties:

  • Oversee the staffing process of the Human Resources Department, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and on-boarding of Human Resources Department staff
  • Responsible for managing, coordinating, and evaluating the various services, policies, and programs of the Company’s HR Department
  • Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Develop performance management programs to ensure department compliance ensuring practices are complaint with regulations
  • Partner with the HR team to manage employee benefit programs
  • Oversee Risk Management, Workers Compensation, and Unemployment


  • Minimum 10 years experience with Human Resources in the staffing industry
  • Basic understanding of state and federal employment laws
  • SHRM Certification
  • 5 years of leadership experience
  • 2 years employee relations experience (preferred)
  • US work authorization (required)


  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to change direction quickly
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration, and teamwork
  • Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring, and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations’

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
