Our client, a well-established NYC based staffing firm is looking for an experienced Compliance Recruiter with a contingent recruitment background to join their growing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for targeting, sourcing, consulting, engaging and retaining prospective candidates in the compliance/financial industry
Manage end-to-end career consulting engagements efficiently, enabling the firm’s clients to acquire strong talent.
Develop and execute effective targeting and messaging strategies that result in community building and results.
Drive development execution of career consulting engagements through the use of effective workflow management tools.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1+ year of experience sourcing candidates in the financial industry or an interest in doing so.
Familiarity with an applicant tracking system is preferred
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to articulate ideas and motivate others.
Ability to leverage software to develop and execute winning strategies.
Positive attitude, strong will to win, financial motivation and willingness to work to drive results.
