This will be a WFH (Work from Home) position. An ideal candidate will have experience working in a virtual environment and an ability to facilitate this comfortably from their home.


Base salary commensurate with experience. This is not a commissioned role, but the role will be eligible for team bonuses and discretionary annual bonuses.

Job Description

The Candidate Data Analytics & Business Development Coordinator is a combination data expert and business development administrative support role that will work directly with the business development, recruitment, and account management team in dual roles: on the business development side, this role will follow up on leads of new clients identified by the business development director or that come in through marketing efforts; on the recruitment and account management side, this role will help to quickly identify, contact, and schedule prescreens for candidates for new privacy roles. This role will participate in talent prescreens and in client job order intakes to provide additional administrative support to the recruitment and account management team in the privacy industry, as needed.

Responsibilities include:

  • Following up on leads provided by the business development director, including leads that come from marketing efforts and from the website
  • Monitoring existing clients for new job opportunities and promptly notifying client owner, making sure no new jobs are missed
  • Performing industry research including Identifying key decision makers at prospective clients as well as collecting and organizing contact information; following industry publications, leveraging social media to create online dialogue; tracking industry trends that relate to possible future needs in staffing
  • Using technology to match candidates to open jobs of clients
  • Running advanced searches on all new privacy job orders to match candidates already in our database to new opportunities
